However we wish to draw your attention to the maintenance of a knife made with Carbon Steel :
1 – After using, wash your carbon steel knife in warm soapy water and immediately wipe dry.
2 – Never put a Carbon Knife in the dishwasher.
3 – With time, the steel can change colour. This is quite normal. This is a perfectly natural occurrence without risk.
To protect the blade from the water and to avoid the rust, we grease our Carbon Knives.
4 – A regular sharpening maintenance is necessary to have a perfect cutting edge.
