Le Chignore is the name of a small mountain, one of the main view from David's workshop.

 

David Ponson is the fifth generation of a cutlery family. Since 2002 he works for himself as an art knifemaker. He created small series such as  "Le Bitord" and "Le Chignore" to enable anyone to own a nice knife.
