The Palliçois Knife co-designed by the design team "La Matière" and Farol. The handle is an assemblage of Padouck and oak (or other light wood) with a geometric shape that is very pleasant in hand. We find the auction mechanism that has already attracted many design enthusiasts and is very effective for negligible weight. The blade takes the shape of the handle to give dynamism to the drawing of the whole, whether the knife is open or closed. The blade is not sharp at the end, as were the gabier knives with one-sided grinding (single-face grinding), which gives it a very exotic Japanese-style side. The Palliçois has two logos: on the handle that of La Matière, which provides the draft of the handle and the Farol logo embellished with the name of the knife and a crane of the port of La Pallice which attests the local manufacture by posing the last letter of the logo.
